Inside Sales Executive

Smart Female Graduates with 2 years Tele Sales/ Marketing experience Very well spoken (Bilingual- Fluent in English (and Hindi)) and excellent written English communication skills.

  • Lead Generation, cold calling to accumulate decision makers at the Hotel and coordinate with the sales team, Follow Up on getting CAR forms filled up from Clients that have signed up.
  • Influences customers to buy product or service by following a prepared script to give a brief description of the product offering and sets up appointments for the on the field team/ Follow up on pending formalities/ forms after a client signs up, to support Direct Sales.
  • Reports on Documents progress.
  • Maintains database by entering and managing Leads data in Sugar CRM
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
